Members: Ruth Strong
Ruth and her Mum, Betty were founder members of The Wool Clip and Ruth has knitted for as long as she can remember. She raises three different breeds of sheep on the family farms and fells – Shetlands, Swaledales and Bluefaced Leicesters - and Ruth not only spins their fleece but also knits to create sweaters, cardigans, hats and scarves as well as knitting kits.
