Wool Clip workshops 2007/8


Members of the Wool Clip will be running the following workshops at Millhouse Village Hall, Millhouse, near Hesket Newmarket.

September 25 Rug Art, hooky & proddy, using yarn and/or recycled materials - June Hall

October 30 Broomstick & Tunisian crochet, simple hook techniques - Sara Hogg

November 27 Nuno felting, fine felt for wearing - Linda Chapman

December 11 Colour & weave on rigid heddle looms - Therese Southgate

 

 

Workshops run from 10 am to 4 pm, and cost £25. The fee includes tea and coffee, but please bring your lunch. The cost of materials for use on the day is also covered: extra materials to take home will be available for purchase.

Wool Clip workshops offer an opportunity to laern or improve a textile craft, tutoed by members of The Wool Clip and their associates. Enjoy learning in company. All levels are catered for.

*Some spinning wheels, looms and machines are available for use on the day. If you have your own equipment and intend to bring it, please let us know when you book.
